SPS/IPC/DRIVES ITALIA 2017, thanks to the strategic partnership with the SPS NORIMBERGA/MESSE FRANKFURT brand, recorded a double digit growth (+15%) with more than 33000 visitors and about 750 exhibitors.

LAUMAS has always been synonymous with innovative components for weighing and industrial automation. In 2017, the company decided to invest in its presence at SPS; the large exhibition area of more than 50 sqm. has been able to accommodate more than 200 prospects and customers during the 3 days of the event with so many technical studies carried out by Team LAUMAS. Great attention focused on the gastronomic part, that has represented an important moment of sharing and conviviality with ours business partners.

During this year's edition, LAUMAS presented a world-wide preview of a new product designed for digital transformation based on industry standard 4.0/ IoT. According to this new approach, sensors must be able to exchange and communicate as much information as possible to keep plants and machines under control, improving efficiency and productivity. The new technology offered has attracted great interest between system integrators and OEM machine builders.
