Sport, a true passion. In sport LAUMAS relives the fundamental values that are a feature of its daily thinking and how it does business: loyalty, team spirit, mutual support, willpower, commitment and perseverance to achieve significant results.
With this enthusiasm LAUMAS is closely linked to healthy sports clubs in the area, able to put the focus on people and associate the practice of competitive sport with the ethical and educational aspect of sport.
Our passion for sport is linked to the attention that LAUMAS dedicates to the local area and the community in which it operates and is reflected in the support that the company also reserves for other sporting activities and initiatives:
Parma’s historic club, whose first team is currently playing in the Serie A national league. Founded in 1931, it was in the 50s when its golden period began, winning 3 titles as Champions of Italy. In the 90s the club was refounded and in the early 2000s it won its first Coppa Italia.
In addition to the first team, under its flag it brings together lineups ranging from Minirugby to Under 18s and Touch Rugby, for a total of approximately 500 athletes of all ages.
Since 1983, Polisportiva Gioco Parma has been organizing people-oriented sports activities. The volleyball family consists of standing volleyball and sitting volleyball, the game derived from volleyball that brings together athletes with and without physical disabilities. The volleyball section plays in 2 leagues: the women’s provincial first division and the mixed amateur league, CSEN.
Sitting volleyball, on the other hand, has 3 teams: a male and a female team that play in the Italian league and Bronza, which welcomes everyone and is the best way to get started. A movement that is reaping more and more successes among which, in 2022, the women’s sitting volleyball team winning the Coppa Italia.
