COVID-19 EMERGENCY'S MANAGEMENT

On Monday, 9 March, Italy became a “protected area”: it means that in order to face the health emergency due to the rapid spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), important restrictions on people's mobility were necessary.

Attention: these restrictions do NOT affect the free movement of goods, nor the activity of production companies.

That's why we want to reassure all our customers: we are fine, we are operational and ready to carry out all our commercial commitments with the usual attention.

At the same time, we are committed to contributing to the containment of the virus spread, through ethical and responsible choices and reorganizations.

In order to protect the safety and health of our employees as much as possible

• we have further strengthened the already careful hygienic and sanitary measures.
• we have implemented the possibility of smart working.
• we have partially reduced the working hours of all departments to allow our team to work in two shifts, halving the physical presence of people in the company.
  In this way we have increased the safety distance between employees and further reduced the possibility of infection.
• we have provided a time window between the two work shifts in order to proceed to a total sanitization of all environments.
• we have banned external personnel from entering the company and implemented security measures to ensure the smooth running of logistics.

In order to concretely help the Italian health system, committed in the front-line in dealing with the emergency, we have donated a financial contribution to support the intensive care unit of the hospital in Parma, our city.

Everything will be fine. We believe it, we know it, and this gives us the serenity to continue to do our best.
